Scopevia ("we", "us") is an app that helps contractors document job sites, prepare estimates and proposals, collect electronic signatures and send invoices. This policy explains what information Scopevia handles and how. Scopevia is operated by Aloha Secure on Maui, Hawaii.
Your account: your name, email address and password (stored securely as a hash; we never see it). Your company: business name, logo, contact details, pricing settings, document wording and email templates. Your work: customers, contacts, projects, site photos and markups, items and prices, proposals, agreements, invoices and signatures you create in the app.
When you add a customer, you provide their name, contact details and job information. You are responsible for having a reason to share it with us. We use it only to provide the app to you — for example, to send your customer a signing link or an invoice you ask us to send.
To run the app: store and sync your data across your devices and team, generate documents, deliver signing emails, keep a signing record, and provide support. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
When a document is signed, we record the signer's name, email, the time, and technical details such as IP address and device information, to create a signing record that shows who signed and when.
We use trusted providers to run Scopevia: secure cloud hosting and database (Supabase), email delivery for signing and notification emails, and Apple's TestFlight and App Store to deliver the app. If you choose to connect them, Scopevia can save your documents to your Google Drive (only files Scopevia creates; we cannot see the rest of your Drive) and send invoice information to bookkeeping software you connect. These providers process data only to provide their service.
Only people in your company you invite, with the role you give them, can see your company's data. Each company's data is kept separate from other companies'. We access your data only to provide support you ask for, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it.
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted projects can be restored for 30 days and are then permanently removed. Encrypted backups are kept for a limited time to protect against loss. To delete your account and company data, email us at the address below.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by company and role, and backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Scopevia is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
